Mrs C is an 86yr old lady, has had history of arterial ulceration for 18 months with recent deterioration of the area. Unresponsive to many other dressings. Treatment with Activon Tulle as the main dressing (was on course of antibiotics intermittently for localised cellulitis to lower leg) with gauze padding and bandage.
DN team saw dramatic healing to the centre of the wound with rapid epitheliasation and the surrounding tissue is continuing to heal well at present (ongoing)

28/02/06 5cm²
25/04/06 4cm² (ongoing)
